About Us
Our volunteering team aim to be the primary point of contact for anyone within our community who is experiencing difficulties affecting their general wellbeing.
35 volunteers trained in areas including safeguarding, suicide prevention, MH awareness, active listening, health and safety, resilience, homelessness, domestic violence and first aid, support over 2600 people each year by providing an informal and welcoming listening and signposting drop-in service, from a High Street venue.
We also help with completing forms, handling bureaucracy, issuing food bank vouchers, facilitating a weekly MH peer support group, linking in with the Worcestershire County Council Community Services Directory.
